In a pilot project, the company NORWE in Bergneustadt – one of the leading manufacturers of standardized coil formers and electronic components world-wide has been using an up-to date technology of scemtec in Reichshof for quite some time now, not only in the area of production control but in particular for the identification of their products.
It took the specialists of scemtec, the system supplier, a great deal of persuasive efforts and an intensive training on the various steps of production and on the economic system of the coil formers producer before they could finally offer NORWE a tailor-made and integral system solution.
Not only for identification of a variety of raw material used in the injection molding sector of NORWE, but also for a number of other sections transponder systems of different capacities are used for control and identification purposes in the production process as well in the quality control which means quality protection, and last but not least in the field of logistics and dispatch.
NORWE emphasizes in the high capacity and the absolute accurate performance of the transponder systems, in particular in production processes.
From scemtec’s point of view NORWE profits from the use of transponder reader systems especially in the field of the automatic registration of piled multiple-way packages. The data transfer from transponder to reading device is performed within fractions of a second via electromagnetic fields in a non-contact way, an antenna securing the transmission. As a result, process speeds are increased and logistic processes can be realized much faster.
